What makes me effective as a career coach and different from other coaches?

I operate with the 100% certainty that you are in this world to make a difference in your unique way and that I have an extraordinary passion for and commitment to my clients to help them make that difference by identifying and then executing their “great work” in the world – work that is energizing, purposeful, challenging and satisfying.

PLUS, I have been both an employee and an entrepreneur and totally understand the challenges and stress present in both types of job roles. I have combined this diverse experience with my training and education to develop my 6-step proprietary program called THRIVE that gets results. Based on my experience and expertise, I do not offer solitary one hour coaching engagements as that is simply not an effective results-oriented approach to achieve the kinds of results my clients are typically seeking. What else do I offer?

I offer a spiritual framework for those who are seeking to align their job and/or career with their life purpose and calling. (Calling is God’s external commission for your life). We will determine which of the 5 Calling stages you are currently in along with your unique style of influence; your life messages (what God wants you to convey to others); your task(s) and your audience (who you are meant to impact).

You will gain critical and vital information to bring your current or future position into alignment with your calling.

When you uncover your purpose, you’ll fall more deeply in love with your life knowing that you’re connected to something greater than you AND that you add tremendous value to others. Your life becomes infused with greater focus, passion, clarity and perseverance.

Once you know your purpose you begin to think and act differently.

Your life becomes less about surviving (ME focus and state of contraction and stagnancy) and more about thriving (OTHER focus and state of expansion. When you are thriving you are growing and flourishing and in a state of being where overflow and abundance happens.
